Half marathon
I did a half marathon this weekend in
I did not push too hard but I did it in an average of 9.6 km/h, 148 bpm.
It looks good, I should mange to run the marathon in less than 4h 15.

This running blog aims at keeping the competition spirit high as this is a way of staying in touch with my virtual training partners that are located in Spain, Ireland and France.
